Emerging Galleries, Artists Attend Art Madrid Once Again

For a third year in a row, Art Madrid (Feb. 15-20, 2011) will host the Young Art program devoted to young artists and including a number of emerging galleries and artists. Due to the great public acclaim of previous editions, this program goes stronger as one of the fair’s major offers.

In his sixth edition, Art Madrid will gather a horde of collectors, professionals and lovers of the contemporary arts at the traditional venue of the Glass Pavilion in Madrid’s Casa de Campo. Organizers are expecting a turnout of over 45,000 visitors this time around.

For next year’s fair, there’ll be 65 attending galleries which have been handpicked by the Selection Committee made up of the Majorca’s Joan Guaita, Las Palmas’ Saro Leon, Valencia’s Punto, Santiago de Compostela’s Trinta, and Madrid’s Estampa and May More art galleries.
